1. The bookings are only to be retaining valid and therefore confirmed, if they are going along with an account equal at 30 % of the amount of the complete overstaying.
2. The settlement has to be making at the arriving, by check or in cash.
3. In case of reducing the booked period, because of either late arriving or early departure, whatever is the reason, there will not be any refunds.
4. In case of renunciation of the overstaying, the account will no be reimbursed.
5. Before entering the swimming pool, please examine the regulations.
6. Domestic animals are not accepted.
7. Each guest should take care of his own properties; the Direction does not take any responsibility for eventually thefts or deficits, or for damages caused to vehicles, because already covered with the obligatory insurance.
8. IT IS FORBIDDING:
- to swim during the hours of closing time of the swimming pool and from 14.00 until 16.00;
- to lit fires on the beach and in all the open zones and those with trees;
- to have inside the village jerries with inflammables (petrol, mixtures, etc);
- to make any noise or circulate with any means of transport, in the inside of the village, from
24.00 until 8.00 and from 14.00 until 16.00;
- to circulate with any means that can constitute danger for the safety of the guests;
- to give hospitality to persons who are not registered;
- to give entrance to persons who are not accommodated;
- to play or to enter into the flowerbeds;
- the use of sport equipments to minors of 14 years, not going along with the parents;
- to add the proper beach umbrellas or chairs in our private beach.
9. THE DIRECTION RECOMMENDS:
-to maintain the most cleanness in the hygienic services;
-to look after the children and go along with those who are minors of age;
-to use the water with frugality and not wash cars, rubber dinghies etc. with it;
-to deposit the rubbish in the provided containers;
-to respect the prohibition of no bathing and the use of boats by a rough sea;
-not to use shampoo and bath foam in the showers outside;
-to exhibit the enter pass each time it is requested;
10. During the overstaying in the Village, you are implicating obliged to the acceptance and respect of the present regulations, those who do not respect them will be removed upon compensation of the damages caused and have to pay the whole period of the booked overstaying.
